I had face to face counselling with Michaela over a period of several months. The room was comfortable and quiet . She helped me to validate my feelings and to help organise my thoughts and I came out feeling stronger and better armed to deal with a difficult situation. Michaela inspired me to keep going. I felt myself, I felt like I was whole again. She helped me pursue and achieve all my challenges and goals from my traumatic past. She taught me how to love my past. To give it a hug.

Michaela counselled me for acute anger issues and anxiety. Her counselling really helped me to settle and to feel calm. Michaela as a practitioner is calm and professional and her specific support and its impact on me has been positive and enduring.

I remember being afraid of video calling because I knew I'd cry, not once but a bunch. Michaela helped me see the light in feeling emotions. That emotions aren't a burden they are part of the human experience. Let them bloom free, they want to be heard not trapped.

Very helpful. She helped put a lot of things into context I hadn't considered and made sure it was approached in a very constructive way. Even though there were a lot of ideas I wasn't familiar with, she always made the time to make sure I understood by the end of the session.

I didn't know what bereavement counselling was or how it could help but wow! This was everything I needed. A space to just be me and grieve with freedom. Life is still hard but my emotions aren't so unpredictable anymore and I know what to do to help.
